Redevelopment of the facilities at the North Melbourne Recreation Reserve that renew the value and amenity of the site for both the North Melbourne Football Club and the local community. Design includes a high performance training and administration facilities for the Club, State Fencing Centre and City of Melbourne Recreation Services for the local community that respond to the aspirations of all project stakeholders.
The building layout has achieved unison for the key tenants with common entry, foyer and reception, as well as a division of activities for all functions to co-exist harmoniously. Acknowledged within the industry to be a leading example of design for ‘Club & Community’ with overwhelmingly positive feedback from both user groups.
